Jon Fordham
Singer-Songwriter & Guitarist Jon Fordham is based in Chesham, Bucks, and has a diverse collection of acoustic/rock/indie style songs, which stand strong whether backed by a full band or stripped back to just guitar and vocals. In 2009 Jon was joined by guitarist Jim Hardie, and went on to record full-band versions of 3 songs, which you can download on this site for free.
In 2010 Jon and Jim were joined by Thea Bell and Callum Pilkington to form an acoustic 4-piece, consisting of more guitars, mandolin, sax, percussion, vocals, and anything else they feel like playing really. This adds a mix of ideas including blues, folk and classical guitar. They haven't quite worked out what they sound like yet, but Turin Brakes, Idlewild, The Kooks, and Crowded House have been suggested as possible influences.

Gig Info
We recently played Fordhamfest, a 3-day festival at a place called Fordham, North-East of Cambridge. Despite the camping neighbours from hell, the hottest stage I've ever played on, and a heavy metal band starting up on the facing main stage during our last 2 songs, we did enjoy the gig. It was a fun little festival, and great to see bands like Dreadzone, The Hamsters, The Vortex (who seemed to think that having Bonehead in their band made them a bit above such a small festival), and Red Roots.
